Tell me the family and what you’d like the print to show. I confirm what’s researchable and quote the exact price.
50% deposit
A £72.50 deposit commissions the work and books your slot.
Research & design
I trace the lines and design the chart — typically 3–5 weeks.
Printed & posted
Approved, printed, framed if you chose it, and posted. The balance falls due before dispatch.
Questions
What scope of research is included?
We agree it on the call — a single surname line, all four grandparent lines, or something in between. I quote the exact price once I know what you’d like the print to show, so there are no surprises.
Can I supply my own tree?
Yes. If you’ve already done the research, I verify it as I design (gently — surprises are handled with tact) and turn it into a print worth framing. That usually lowers the price, since there’s less to research.
Is it a good gift?
One of the best — it’s the gift people can’t buy for themselves. If you don’t know the family details, a gift voucher lets the recipient start the research themselves.
